Malate, Manila – As of this writing, three deliveries are on the way to the municipalities of Pinamalayan, Gloria and Pola, Oriental Mindoro with a total of 4,980 family food packs or 1,660 for each municipality.

Also, there will be an initial delivery set to be taken to the municipality of Victoria, Oriental Mindoro today with 178 family food packs to be served to 89 families.

There are still 35 evacuation centers open in the municipalities of Victoria (16), Naujan (8), Pinamalayan (5), Baco (2), Calapan (2), Socorro (1) and San Teodoro (1), all in the province of Oriental Mindoro.

In addition, there is an on-going repacking of relief goods in Odiongan, Romblon. 600 family food packs are set to be delivered in the municipality of Banton, while the 2,600 family food packs delivered yesterday were already picked-up by the local government unit of Corcuera.

DSWD MiMaRoPa continues its relief operations to the affected individuals and families due to the brunt of Typhoon Nona. ###
