𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐞—𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office MIMAROPA proudly celebrates the outstanding success of Mr. John Jobert Pizarra Pilar, a 4Ps beneficiary from Brgy. Maliangcog, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, who ranked Top 3 nationwide in the August 2025 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE).

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on September 13, 2025, that out of 25,410 examinees, only 13,074 passed (51.45%). Among them, Pilar stood out with an exceptional score of 92.30%, securing his place among the nation’s brightest criminologists.

 A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Criminology program at Abada College, Pilar’s story goes beyond academic excellence. His achievement is a testament to resilience, determination, and the opportunities made possible through the support of his family, mentors, community, and the 4Ps program.

“Ang tagumpay na ito ay hindi lamang para sa akin, kundi para rin sa aking pamilya, sa lahat ng sumuporta, at sa mga batang tulad ko na minsan ay nangarap lamang,” Pilar humbly shared.

His success brings pride not only to his alma mater but also to the thousands of 4Ps families who see in him a beacon of hope—that with hard work and perseverance, dreams do come true.

The DSWD lauds Pilar’s remarkable achievement and extends its warmest congratulations to all successful passers of the August 2025 CLE. May his story inspire many more 4Ps scholars and young Filipinos to continue striving for excellence despite life’s challenges.
