The Hybrid Digital Payout introduces an innovative payment modality that integrates digital technology into off-site payout activities.
This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and security of financial transactions, in line with the Departmentโs broader goal of transitioning toward full digitization of service delivery.
By adopting a digital payment system, DSWD seeks to streamline the distribution of financial assistance and reduce the risks associated with manual cash handling.ย

Reduced risks ng ating mga Social Workers and even the Special Disbursing Officers during the payouts,โ ARDO Tapia shared.
The initiative was carried out in partnership with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) and its financial service provider, the Palawan Group of Companies, ensuring a smooth, accessible, and secure payout process for all beneficiaries.
