The Department of Social Welfare and Development MIMAROPA through the KC-NCDDP spearheaded the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of one unit deep well and two units shallow well with jetmatic pump amounting to Php862,294.00 in Barangay San Luis, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro. The said groundbreaking event was witnessed by community volunteers and local and barangay officials.
