Ginagabayan ng isang DSWD MIMAROPA Staff sa pagsasagot ng form ang isa sa 903 Waitlisted Beneficiaries sa Paluan, Occidental Mindoro.
Mga kwalipikadong pamilyang may kabuuang bilang na 2,958 mula sa Buenavista, Marinduque, Abra de Ilog at Paluan, Occidental Mindoro, at Banton, Romblon ang nakatanggap na ng tig PhP5,000 emergency subsidy sa ilalim ng Social Amelioration Program (SAP) simula noong Hulyo 28, 2020.
Ang apat na lokal na pamahalaan ay ilan lamang sa sampu na ang pamamaraan ng pamamahagi ng ayuda o Mode of Payment ay sa pamamagitan ng Mobile Payout ng DSWD kung saan ang mismong mga kawani ng ahensya ang nagtungo sa mga lugar upang ipamahagi ang ayuda. Kasama sa sampung lokalidad ang Agutaya, Cagayancillo, Cuyo, at Magsaysay sa Palawan, at Concepcion at San Andres sa Romblon.
Sa mga Local Government Unit (LGU) na hindi nabanggit, matatanggap ng mga Waitlisted Beneficiary ang ayuda sa pamamagitan ng Starpay, isa sa mga rehistradong pribadong Financial Service Providers (FSP) na lumagda ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa DSWD Central Office, upang magsagawa ng payout sa ilang lugar sa MIMAROPA. Dalawang pamamaraan ang isasagawang payout ng Starpay: (1) Digital o e-payment sa pamamagitan ng conduits tulad ng M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier at USSC; at (2) Mobile payout kung saan ang mismong empleyado ng Starpay ang magpupunta sa isang bayan upang magsagawa ng payout kung walang mga maaaring maging conduit sa lugar.
Ipinakita ng isa sa mga benepisyaryo mula sa Buenavista, Marinduque ang natanggap na PhP 5,000 sa ilalim ng SAP.
Gagawa ang Starpay ng e-wallet para sa mga benepisyaryo at dito inilagay ang ayuda. Ang unique reference code kasama ng listahan ng mga kwalipikadong Waitlisted Beneficiaries ay ipadadala ng DSWD MIMAROPA sa bawat LGU upang ipaalam sa bawat benepisyaryo. Ito ang ipapakita, kasama ang Valid ID at SAC Form, sa pagkuha o pag-claim ng ayuda mula sa nakatalagang conduit tulad ng M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier at USSC. Mayroon ding ilang LGU kung saan walang conduit kung kaya mismong empleyado ng Starpay ang mamamahagi ng ayuda.
Mula sa 118,326 na Certified list of Waitlisted na isinumite ng mga LGU sa DSWD MIMAROPA, may kabuuang bilang na 97,108 na kwalipikadong benepisyaryo ang makatatanggap ng ayuda sa buong rehiyon ng MIMAROPA. Ang mga ito ay dumaan sa proseso ng deduplication at cross-matching upang matukoy at masigurado na ang mga nasa listahan ay hindi nakatanggap ng ayuda noong unang tranche mula sa anumang ahensya ng pamahalaan, o mula sa Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)
Patuloy ang pakikipag-ugnayan ng DSWD MIMAROPA sa Starpay at sa lokal na pamahalaan upang mapabilis ang pamamahagi ng ayuda sa mga kwalipikadong benepisyaryo sa rehiyon.###

Information collected may be used as a basis for client response regarding services or intervention that may be provided by the DSWD.
