On June 24, 2024, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) โ Negosyo Center in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro hosted a Business Expense Savings Training (BEST) Game for the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries, targeting both existing and aspiring micro-entrepreneurs.
60 beneficiaries learned financial management the fun way as the training was held in two sessions โ 30 participants in Brgy. Ligaya in the morning and another 30 beneficiaries from Brgy. Sto. Niรฑo. San Vicente and Buenavista in Brgy. Poblacion in the afternoon.
Attendees experienced a whole new approach on learning basic financial management techniques for business. They gained valuable knowledge on the basic business cycle and simple bookkeeping, equipping them with essential skills to enhance their entrepreneurial ventures. Utilizing the BEST Game tool, the training is an innovative way of presenting basic concepts of financial management which any budding entrepreneur can easily relate to, appreciate, and apply to his/her respective enterprise.

The 4Ps beneficiaries were all smiles and cheers during the conduct of the activities by the DTI-Negosyo Center Sablayan.
