BAGUIO CITY, BENGUET – After a three-year hiatus, the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Regional Program Management Office (RPMO) conducted its face-to-face Program Implementation Review (PIR), on October 3-6, 2023 at the Orchard Hotel Baguio, Benguet to revisit the targets and present the its accomplishments for the implementing year.

The activity probed and assessed the effectiveness of strategies employed by the region in achieving the program objectives. Good practices/ strategies employed by the RPMO and POOs that contributed to the strategic goals of the program were also shared to the group, which could be replicated by other offices to improve the program implementation.
The PIR was composed of workshops in determining activities, challenges, and strategies corresponding to the categories under the processes of the Kilos Unlad (KU) framework. The regional and provincial offices also presented different success stories about program outcomes, like household-beneficiaries regularly availed services in education and health and increased civic literacy among them.
4Ps Regional Program Coordinator Reji A. Pancho then presented the thrusts and directions of the program for 2024. To acquaint and establish connections, and encourage communication and teamwork among the regional and provincial staff, a team building was conducted. Moreover, RPMO grabbed the opportunity to honor and award the dedicated 4Ps staff in the region through the Loyalty Awards (for rendering a lengthy years of continuous and satisfactory service to and for the program) and PIR Awards (for the POOs and some individuals for their exemplary performances).
